- Facilitating and conducting creative and technical reviews, including color grades and sound mixing reviews
- Support, promote and develop (through training) tools to automate workflow tasks within the studio.
- Provide escalation support for regional MPS team
- Advise and train Netflix cross-functional partners and potential contractors on best practices for our locations/services
- Establish and maintain standard operating procedures within Netflix owned, operated and partner locations for our services

- Escalate issues to management, engineering services and infrastructure teams as needed
- Perform wiring, patching, and software configuration to prepare setup to accommodate production review requirements and objectives
- Validate asset integrity on incoming media and screening material
